Everyone at Property Management Abruzzo (Sergio, Adriana, and all the folks they work with) are highly professional, not to mention personable and very friendly, too! (We just have a modest apartment in Popoli, but they still provide that same high level of service that owners of bigger places must also enjoy.)

We've greatlty benefited from our relationship with this family-owned business over the years, including their periodic visits to our place while we're away (collecting any mail, and just making sure everything is ok), helping arrange payment of taxes or other bills, and also overseeing home-improvement and renovations (eg, kitchen and bathroom completely modernized and spruced up).

Sergio has even gone out of his way the few times when "calamity" stuck (getting a locksmith and plumber asap, and accompanying me to the local police station to file a report). He's such a nice guy, and is always quick to help take care of any problem or need.

We definitely recommend him & his staff if you're looking to make your place in Abruzzo better, or just worry- or hassle-free.

We just moved from The Netherlands to Italy, so language is a barrier. We first worked with PMA using them as a geometra when we bought the house and really appreciated the know how. Based on that experience we asked them to do the first changes needed on the house. I’m sure I could have better quotes on the work that had to be done but as it is an old house, I didn’t want to get surprises and in the quotes, all was included. Now that the work is finished, I can say we’re very satisfied with the quality of the work, the speed, the know how from the guys and….no surprises. We’ll definitely ask them for our next projects

I have a house in Teramo, Abruzzo and i use this team to manage the house when i'm not in Teramo, they are really trust full, and they manage everything related to your home and provide you with a lot of peace of mind. They ate qualified and licensed professionals. Excellent service!
